Teacher Help is divided into two sections, Teacher Guides, and Online Help. The Teacher Guides are meant to be downloaded, printed, and used to help you learn to use the Teacher side of the AET. The Online Help provides detailed information and instructions for using each page or screen in the Teacher side of the AET.

Teacher Guides
Use these step-by-step guides to learn to use the Teacher side of the AET, or to brush up on a feature you may not have used for awhile. These guides are meant to be printed and used while working in the AET. Let us know if you'd like to see additional guides on new topics.
Online Help
Teachers have complete control over the AET system for their Program. The AET is designed to help you communicate with students, manage Journal entries and SAE records, and report program-wide accomplishments. All of the features of the Teacher side of the AET are accessed from the four links at the top of the page; Profile, Accounts, Chapter Tracker, and Reports.
Use the Profile to sign up and manage your Program's AET account. Use Accounts to manage all aspects of your students' accounts; create accounts, reset passwords, assign students to groups, etc. To really benefit from the AET, you need to use the Tracker. This Calendaring program will help you maintain a calendar of events that is integrated into the AET, so that Activities can be managed by students you assign. Program-level Reports are a unique feature of the AET. See summaries of your students' activities, both experiential and financial. Aggregate all student hours, in and out of the classroom. Generate enterprise analysis reports to compare the profitability the SAE types in the local program, and Economic Impact reports to provide real-time information you can use in the classroom, in program planning, and with school administrators for program accountability.
